Our workshop and office sit in Ilir Barat I, and since there is no public showroom, you either see a finished cabin at a past client's home who does not mind visitors, or you see a drawing of your own room instead. Coverage runs across the whole of Palembang - Jakabaring and Seberang Ulu, Talang Kelapa, Alang-Alang Lebar, Bukit Besar, Talang Semut and Ilir Timur - plus trips out to Prabumulih by toll road, Lubuklinggau and Pagaralam overland, and Pangkalpinang by ferry from Tanjung Api-Api. We handle enquiries in either English or Bahasa Indonesia. For a fast, useful number, send a photo of the room corner and the electricity meter along with a rough measurement. Cost questions are answered quickest through the price tables, and the full list of districts we reach sits under service areas.
What happens after your first message
Tell us the location, roughly what you want, and the supply rating on the meter. A manager rings back the same day to fill in whatever is missing.
Three or four photographs get you an opening range; after that we come out to measure, usually within one to three days if you are inside the city.
We send back the cabin drawn into your actual room plus a line-by-line quote. Signing off locks in the schedule alongside a 50 per cent deposit.
We fabricate in Ilir Barat I, collect the balance before installation, then run a heat test together and hand over a written two-year warranty.
