The workshop and office are in Ilir Barat I and there is no showroom; cabins are seen either at the home of a client who is happy to host or as a drawing of your own room. We cover the whole of Palembang, including Jakabaring and Seberang Ulu, Talang Kelapa, Alang-Alang Lebar, Bukit Besar, Talang Semut and Ilir Timur, and travel out to Prabumulih by toll road, to Lubuklinggau and Pagaralam overland and to Pangkalpinang by ferry from Tanjung Api-Api. Enquiries are handled in English or Bahasa Indonesia. To get a useful figure quickly, send photographs of the room corner and the electricity meter along with a rough measurement. Cost questions are answered fastest by the price tables, and the districts we cover are listed under service areas.
What happens after your first message
Give the location, what you are planning and the supply at the meter. A manager rings the same day to fill in the gaps.
Send three or four photographs for an opening range, then we come and measure, usually within one to three days in the city.
You receive the cabin drawn in your own room and a quote line by line. Agreeing it fixes the dates and a 50 per cent deposit.
