Why Palembang became our base in Sumatra

Custom sauna Indonesia work is overwhelmingly sold from Java, which leaves everyone outside it paying for flights, hotels and waiting. South Sumatra had a clear gap: a city of well over a million people, a sport complex at Jakabaring that draws athletes from across the island, hotels that keep refitting their wellness floors, and no contractor within a day's drive who actually builds cabins rather than reselling them.

So the workshop went in at Ilir Barat I, close enough to the centre for a same-day survey and with the road out to Prabumulih and Lubuklinggau on the doorstep. Panels are cut, dry-assembled and corrected here before they go anywhere, which is why an installation in a heritage house down a narrow lane is a matter of carrying and fixing rather than improvising on site.

What we build, and what we do not

We build room-sized cabins: dry sauna rooms, luxury designed cabins, prefab units, infrared cabins, tanked steam rooms and ice baths with chillers. We do the electrical work to the heater, the waterproofing, the ventilation and the drainage that go with them, and we hand the room over after heating it with you.

We do not sell portable sweat suits, single-panel gadgets or heaters without installation, and we will not quote a cabin a house cannot power. Where a supply cannot be raised we say so and offer infrared instead; where a bathroom has no drainage we say a steam room is the wrong project. That is easier for everyone than a room that disappoints at handover.

Reach, hours and what the warranty covers

Inside Palembang we cover every district, from Jakabaring and Seberang Ulu to Talang Kelapa, Alang-Alang Lebar, Bukit Besar and Ilir Timur. Prabumulih is a toll-road drive; Lubuklinggau, Pagaralam and Pangkalpinang are grouped into regional trips so travel is shared rather than charged twice. Working hours are 08:00 to 20:00 WIB, every day.

The warranty is two years on the structure and the installation, The heater comes with its own manufacturer cover of one to two years, and spares wait at the workshop instead of being ordered once something fails.
